Team
Responsible for managing Horizon, William is an executive with more than 20 years of experience in business consultancy and the financial market. Before founding Horizon, William was a partner and director of a Private Equity and Venture Capital investment fund and a corporate lawyer at renowned law firms in Brazil, such as Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. and Quiroga Advogados; Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados Associados; and Demarest e Almeida Advogados.
Founder and Managing Partner
Responsible for financial and operational monitoring of Horizon's investments, Alessandra was an administrative manager at Lupalupa and also responsible for supervising its franchisee network. Previously, Alessandra worked for more than 8 years at Lojas Americanas SA, becoming responsible for the Technology Planning and Control area.
She was also a financial analyst in the Planning and Control Area of Grupo Mesbla.
Senior Advisor
Responsible for developing projects and monitoring investments in the sports and entertainment sectors, Romulo has more than 20 years of experience in the sports market. Romulo worked in relevant operational positions at the main sporting events in Brazil and around the world, such as the Olympic Games in Rio, the World Cup in Brazil, the Youth Olympic Games, the Winter Games, among others. Additionally, Romulo was operations and events manager for major sports arenas in Brazil. His professional and technical experience (in consumer science and sports management) places him among the pioneers in Fan Engagement in the country.
Project Partner
CEO and Founding Partner of Ori Capital (formerly known as Normandia Investimentos) since September 2014. Carlos Henrique was a founding Partner of Opus Investimentos, as well as Partner and responsible for the Corporate Finance area at Banco Pactual for 12 years. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Ideasnet (Bovespa: IDNT3). He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF) and an MBA from the Brazilian Capital Market Institute (IBMEC).

Fernando was Financial Director of the Lorentzen Group, which in addition to controlling three shipping companies and two carbon products companies, was also part of the controlling block of Aracruz Celulose. Previously, in a complex economic environment, Fernando was Financial Director of the Rio de Janeiro Stock Exchange and actively participated in studies for the future implementation of CETIP – Central de Custódia e de Liquidação Financeira de Securities and CBLC – Companhia Brasileira de Liquidação e Custody. Fernando was Financial Superintendent of Aracruz Celulose.
